還有如何用焗爐也能做出香濃軟嫩、入口即化的日式豚角煮!
課堂會教授大家由麵粉開始製作鬆軟刈包饅頭的手法和技巧,同學們還可親自製作由原材料烹煮成的日式料理「豚の角煮」。
每一口都充滿香濃醬汁和惹味餡料,是一道會讓家人吃不停口的永久收藏菜式!

This Baking Workshop will guide you step by step in how to make the traditional Taiwanese steam bun from scratch, with the Japanese Cuisine - Braised Pork Belly ~豚の角煮 from raw ingredients.
This class will show you a creative serving idea with this irresistible savory cuisine!

*Students are welcome to bring their own cooler bag or studio has cooler bag for student to purchase.

請同學自備包裝盒、包裝袋及環保袋等帶走製成品。
教室有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買
包裝盒建議尺寸:10“長 x 7”闊 x 4“高
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box and bag.
Suggested packaging box size: 10”(L) x 7”(W) x 4”(H).
