課堂會教授大家如何操作高含水量的面團,佛卡夏(Focaccia)外脆內濕潤,普羅旺斯脆餅(Fougasse)表皮薄脆內部Q彈,融入各種惹味食材及新鮮香草,製作兩款截然不同的麵包!
課堂還會教授如何用上簡單材料製作西班牙番茄凍湯搭配麵包享用,讓你一口接一口吃不停!

This Baking Workshop will guide you step by step in how to make the traditional Italian bread without kneading machine!
We will teach you the method in handling high hydration dough, shaping skills and baking technique, using one dough to make soft and chewy texture Focaccia and crunchy crispy crust Fougasse.
This class will also show you how to make a Spanish tomato cold soup - Gazpacho, a perfect irresistible bread and soup combination!
