這次將教會大家製作一道暖笠笠的全新菜式！
用上日本豆乳和日本昆布及冬菇等鮮香食材熬煮的純素清湯，再加入多種配菜做出的完美配搭，口感濃香幼滑、鮮味層次分明。
加上全新調配的快速酥皮配方，只需摺疊一次的超簡單做法，就能做到口感和酥皮非常接近的多用途酥皮麵團，讓你在家也能輕鬆掌握製作酥皮的樂趣，課堂還會教大家用酥皮做出香脆芝士火腿的惹味小食！
由原材料開始教會大家如何烹調，熬煮過程會讓整個廚房香味四溢，Bon appétit！

請同學自備包裝盒、包裝袋及環保袋等帶走製成品。
教室有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買
包裝盒建議尺寸：10“長 x 7”闊 x 4“高
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box and bag.
Suggested packaging box size: 10”(L) x 7”(W) x 4”(H).
