這個課程將教會你如何製作鬆軟的蛋糕、香滑摩卡咖啡内餡及海鹽果仁脆餅。

This class will guide you through the whole process in making the MOCHA flavour moist & fluffy sponge cake, smooth and creamy MOCHA filling, croquant cookies, the technique of how to roll a perfect roll cake and how to decorate the cookies on top.
